Very rude Manager went into Dudley post office regarding digital click and send very rude how he spoke Bilston Post office more friendly and customer focused will not go there again, he wants to learn some manners when he his speaking to customers.

Would of probably given it a 4 stars but I went to use the post office there on Saturday at 14:00 and they said it closes at 13:30 but it clearly say's on the website it shuts at 16:00 if this is the case then can you please update times on you website so people aren't wasting their time traveling down there when they could of went somewhere else!

Absolutely appalling service. He couldn't tax my vehicle as he didn't know how . Instead of him ringing the post office help line , he point blank refused to re try it or ask for help. I don't think 1 star does it justice. But had to leave at least 1 star
